vista beta not recognizing modem all

Vista Beta Not Recognizing Modem At All

I've just installed the public beta release onto my D drive, keeping XP on my C drive. All seemed to install fine. But Vista doesn't recognize that my desktop computer has a modem. So I'm not able to dial up in order to activate the beta within the first 14 days. Any ideas on how I can get Vista to know that my computer has an internal dialup modem?
Thanks for the help!

You need to go to manufacturers website to find out if they have drivers available for Vista or try using your XP Drivers. -- -- Andre Windows Connected | http://www.windowsconnected.com Extended64 | http://www.extended64.com Blog | http://www.extended64.com/blogs/andre http://spaces.msn.com/members/adacosta

Jason; Check with the modem manufacturer about Vista support. Try Windows XP drivers from the modem manufacturers website.
Activate by phone if possible.

Buy a newer modem.
